With more than 25 years of ministry experience, I help churches navigate seasons of change with biblical clarity and steady leadership. Having guided one congregation after leaving a liberal denomination toward a Bible-believing, nondenominational identity — and later planting a simple house church myself — I understand both the challenges and the beauty of renewal. My consulting focuses on helping pastors and church leaders strengthen doctrine, unity, mission, and supportive organizational processes, while rediscovering the freedom and grace of Christ at the center of it all.

Whether your church is facing conflict, seeking clarity, navigating growth, or just feeling spiritually tired, I walk alongside leadership teams to help realign purpose, clarify direction, and strengthen unity
.
With over 30 years of ministry experience and deep roots in both church revitalization and pastoral soul care, I bring biblical clarity, practical tools, and compassionate guidance — especially for smaller churches that often lack access to consulting support.
My approach is customized, collaborative, and Scripturally grounded, with a process that balances reflection, evaluation, and encouragement.

I’m especially passionate about small churches, bivocational pastors, and lay-led congregations who want help but can’t afford big-name consultants.
Because I serve bivocationally as a nurse educator and Christian mental health coach, I’m often able to consult and preach without becoming a financial burden. This is part of my calling — not just a service.

At the core of who I am, I’m a follower of Jesus Christ. Everything I do in ministry — whether preaching, consulting, or leading a house church — flows from a desire to be faithful to Him and to His Word - because He has been so, so good and gracious to me.
I’ve served in ministry for over 30 years as a youth pastor, lead pastor, Bible teacher, and church revitalization leader. Today, I lead a simple house church in Kentucky and serve bi-vocationally as a nurse educator and Christian mental health coach.
I’ve walked with churches through growth and decline, conflict and healing, and seasons of fatigue and renewal. My approach is relational, Scripture-driven, and deeply rooted in compassion — especially for small churches, tired leaders, and congregations seeking direction.
My own story of redemption, calling, conviction, pain, and transition into house church ministry reflects what I now help others navigate: letting go of unnecessary weight, embracing biblical simplicity, and finding strength in the essentials of the Gospel.
