I offer consultative support for leaders, individuals, and Christian organizations who want to think clearly, discern faithfully, and act responsibly.

This consulting assumes thoughtful leaders and individuals ready to act on perspective and clarity.

This work is not pastoral care and does not involve ongoing shepherding, crisis management, or open-ended involvement. My role is to help name what is happening, clarify options, and support faithful decision-making—then step back.

All consulting is bounded, structured, virtual, and time-limited.

I provide consulting for churches and ministry leaders navigating transition, tension, or questions of direction.

A limited number of lower-fee sessions are available as capacity allows.
