Our Mission
At Mind & Soul, our mission is to bring healing, discipleship, and renewal through Jesus Christ by combining biblical truth, spiritual care, and genuine compassion. We’re here to help people grow in faith, recover from life’s wounds — including those acquired from church — and live whole, grounded lives shaped by God’s grace.
We’re building a movement of simple, sustainable table churches and equipping ordinary believers for simple church planting — where community and Scripture meet in real life. Through honest, no-bull articles, Bible teaching that cuts to the heart, and podcasts that engage cultural issues with biblical clarity, we help people understand what the Gospel truly means — for them and for everyday life.
